Questions buyers ask

Before you send an enquiry

Which metals do you sell?

Refined lead ingots, stainless steel grades 304 and 316, and nickel. Ask us about other grades and we will tell you straight if we can supply them.

How is the price set?

Lead is priced against the LME on the day of sale. Stainless and nickel are quoted per lot. The exact formula goes into the contract before anything ships.

How do I know the grade is right?

Every lot is tested on a spectrometer before loading and you get the full element report. You are welcome to send your own inspector.

Which documents come with a shipment?

Commercial invoice, packing list, assay report, certificate of origin and the export declaration, plus photos of the loaded container and the seal number.

How much can I order?

We ship by the container. Tell us the tonnage you need per month and we will say honestly what we can deliver.

Where do you ship?

Anywhere a container can go. We arrange the route and agree the delivery terms in the contract.

Tell us the grade, tonnage and port

We reply within one working day with a price and a loading date.
